Return and Exchange Policy at Sadel Store Exchange Policy: The consumer has the right to exchange the product within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product, and this right does not apply after 24 hours have passed. To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping costs (45 Riyals for return shipping and shipping the new piece). If the consumer wants to exchange the product, they bear all shipping costs and deliver the product to the shipping company. To exchange the product, contact us via WhatsApp (order number - replacement model – required size), and a replacement waybill will be issued and taken to the nearest branch of the shipping company and handed over to them within 24 hours of issuing the waybill. If the product arrives intact to the customer, the store bears no costs regarding misuse of the product. If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or similar, all costs will be covered by the store. The consumer does not have the right to exchange or return the product in the following cases: If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Products that conflict with public health are not exchanged or returned (Niqabs + head coverings) that are worn on the face and close to the nose and mouth due to the possibility of disease transmission. Return Policy: The consumer has the right to return the product within 24 hours from the date of receiving it, and this right does not apply after 24 hours. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. To return the product, contact us via WhatsApp (with the order number), and a return waybill will be issued and taken to the nearest branch of the shipping company and handed over to them if the company does not provide a pickup service. Shipping fee is 50 Riyals (from the total order amount, noting that it is the first shipping fee and return fee), deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining amount is refunded. For orders paid through Tamara or Tabi, 50 Riyals will be deducted (from the total order amount, noting that it is the first shipping fee and return fee), and the remaining will be refunded via the customer’s invoice in Tabi or Tamara. The refund will be issued after deducting the return fees within 7 days from the date the product returns to Sadel Store warehouse. If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or similar, all costs will be covered by the store. Once the customer agrees to the policy and provides us with the required information, they cannot object after deducting the fees, which have been previously explained to them. International Orders: Exchanges or returns are not possible for international orders due to shipping costs and customs fees. We ensure careful quality inspection before shipping to guarantee the satisfaction of our international customers. Cancellation Policy: The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped without bearing any fees. If the order is canceled after shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be issued after the shipment returns from the shipping company within 7 days of the products returning to Sadel Store warehouse. If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt by the customer, shipping, packaging, and payment fees (when paid via Tabi or Tamara) will be deducted from the order amount after it is received at Sadel Store warehouse. The customer also bears the shipping costs if they wish to resend the order.
